Ok so my predictions of 4-5 redwings goals in the last few have been rather far off. But if i keep trying ill be right eventually! TONIGHT is the night we put up big numbers and break this losing streak. 5-2 wings. (Z,Dats,Nyquist,Tatar, Kindl) hoping one of them gets a multipoint game also. LETS GO BOYS!

It seems babs is trying to spread the depth across the lineup to try and get all the lines going. Since scoring goals has been such a problem. Atleast its the only logical reason that comes to mind regarding Cleary on the top line.

Agreed, literally any one of our forwards would be better suited to the top line than Cleary. Lets just cross our collective fingers in hopes that he doesnt score...sorry Pavs.

As sweet and speedy as that may be, no way in hell would babs roll franzen/alfie/weiss anywhere below the second line. I think that line you have tho is without a doubt the best 3rd line in the nhl.

If a camera is placed anywhere on the goalposts u can bet they'll be sniped into oblivion more times than theyre actually used.

The answer to your first wuestion is hopefully soon. I feel as if babs (although its highly undeserved) may be giving him his last shot to start producing and then sticking a fork in him if not. Somewhat of a wolf on sheeps clothing ifyou will.Also as i previously stated in another thread im fairly certain babs is just filling that hole with cleary until alfie n weiss are back. Only putting cleary there to try an keep our secondary scoring lines somewhat intact and building chemistry. All my opinions though.

I know cleary shouldnt be anywhere near lines 1 or 2 but i think its only until weiss/alfie return next week and our actual lineup takes shape. there are 2 lineups that i think we will see. (With z and dats together) Z-dats-bert Fran-weiss-alfie Nyq-Helm-tatar Miller-andy-Abby (With z and dats split) Alfie-dats-bert Fran-Z-Nyq Abby-weiss-tatar Miller-helm-sammy/cleary

Cleary will only b on the top line until weiss/alfie get back next week. So no need to panic. Then i think we'll see Z-dats-bert Franzen-weiss-alfie Nyq-helm-tatar Miller-andy- cleary/sammy

I disagree, he made some great plays, nearly scored, made things happen on his line and tried his best to win the game or atleast make it a game, which is alot more than most of the team can say.
