Interesting that Carlyle matched their top forward line and D pair against the Tatsyuk line. Should be a big advatange to the ice cold Z/nyquist/jurco line. They need one bad.

Playing the Maple Queefs always makes for the most exciting of games. Reimer is one of the worst headcase backups in the league. Should have no trouble scoring 4-5 goals tonight aslong as the boys start on time. Will be a good one. 5-3 wings (Nyquist, Mule, Weiss, Deke, Glendog). Edit: double post

I think we'll be able to beat their backup. Also, finishing the "death month" on the schedule at 6-2-2 would be incredibly impressive. 5-3-2 not so much. Even tho its only one game difference, i think it says alot about our start if we finish October 6-2-2 after playing all these playoff teams. That being said, 3-2 Wings, (Tatar, Smith PPG, Datsyuk).

I think our scoring woes can be fixed with the right line combos and the arrival of mantha. Load the top 6 with actual scorers, put the grinders in the bottom 6. Nyquist-Z-Mule Tatar-Pav-Mantha Jurco-Sheahan-Abdelkader Miller-Glenny-Helm That gives us a stud first line and an arguably better 2nd line with loads of skill/scoring. 3rd line is just huge and fast, but will chip in offense here n there. 4th line has been great but would be better with helm in over Andy. This is what i hope to see come christmas. As for Weiss, unless he finds his game i see nowhere for him in the lineup.
