I love staying at Greektown, even if I'm not in the gambling mood. Rates are cheaper during the week I believe. Pegasus or the new Parthenon are great restaurants as well. Both are on the block

Here are my opinions on the matter. First, if this does happen, the team will be another Florida, Arizona or Atlanta. No one will care about them locally and the NHL will either relocate them or finance then (Arizona) to stay put. Las Vegas is THE worst location to put a team as there are so many other cities that are deserving. Kansas City, Seattle, Hamilton, Hartford, Quebec, all would have larger fan bases. Grand Rapids makes more sense than Vegas. Bettman needs to stop his idea that teams belong in cities where they really don't.

I wonder if he had that heart screening done. When my son is old enough to play I will be doing that. This would be an awful thing to have happen to anyone.
