Man, Sheehy really screwed Brunner over in all of this. You know what, I really hate that p.o.s. as an agent. He's the same asshat that guided Suter through his "Imma going to Minnesota" phase. He clearly doens't like dealing with Holland becasue Kenny won't (typically) overpay. So now he's got one less client because Brunner's going back to Switzerland.

I hear ya. As far as Mantha goes, I think he'll be labeled with the "invisible" tag alot in his career. Night-to-night consistency was the knock on him pre draft. He plays a floaty type game too. So when he's not scoring, he's going to look like he's useless. Still excited about him though.

The Wings have been almost invicible on Friday night at the Joe so far this year with big wins over LA and Chicago. I know I'd feel a lot better tomorrow going into Toronto after getting 2 points tonight. -
I'd retain ALL of Frazen's salary, like, for evah if Arizona were willing to make that deal.

Good job NHL shootouts are the absolute worst thing in all of pro sports except for maybe the excessive use of tobacco in the MLB. Because if they weren’t, I’d be pretty concerned about our goaltending. -
Exactly. And we haven’t had to worry about it in a while. Unless this team is playing an Anaheim-Pittsburgh combo all-star team right now, a shootout almost always means they blew it in regulation somehow. Which is cool because there were times early in this season and all of last season when I was happy with a point.
