Gee, Pronger comes flying out of nowhere on a guy playing with one ok knee and another that is bone on bone...not too hard to imagine that if he lands that hit, Yzerman would have been done for. And Pronger ended up being the one done for, just like the Blues in that series. I think Pronger is a top notch defenseman and typically not a dirty guy and I dont imagine his intent was to injure Yzerman with a hit, but Stevie probably wouldnt have just skated away from that one...and we're supposed to feel bad about Pronger getting hurt? I think we all felt bad in 98 when Pronger took a slapshot to chest and his heart stopped...this was different.

Max was a beast. My dad watches every Wings game, he's a big Zetterberg fan...but he still calls him Zetterberger half the time.

I remember plenty of boos at JLA. Specifically Games 1 and 2 in the 2002 WCQF against Vancouver. But that was more of a booing the whole team than any single player, although Hasek may have been an unjust target a few times. Oh, I just remembered an obvious one...and some people posted this seriously....why did they always boo Luc Robitaille?

OHHHHHHHHH!!!!!! I was under the impression that Stanley Cups were what mattered in the NHL. Well s***, you got me there....sheesh, to think I was disappointed we lost early in the playoffs again last year, we had the best record!
