Listening to Columbus Sports Talk on the way to buy hockey tickets...pretty much everyone is saying there is no conceivable reason the Tigers should lose.

I like UVA, it's a really nice college and I liked the campus. I just cant stand VA Tech. I think UVA was the only public university ranked ahead of Michigan. I forget where Ohio State was, somewhere in the Top 15, and Sparty made the Top 50 finally.

Kornheiser and Wilbon were talking on PTI if USC deserved to be number 2. They both agreed that assuming both win out, if Ohio State-Michigan finish in a close classic...the national championship game should be a rematch of the two. How crazy would that be....and Eva's whole "beat Ohio State twice in one year" would be possible (although not really).

BCS 1. Ohio State 2. USC 3. Michigan All very close in the .9 range. I thought we'd have a bigger lead than that and I honestly can explain USC ahead of MIchigan. Um, didnt Michigan destroy Notre Dame in South Bend? Who's USC big win? Arkansas? Nebraska?

If Michigan isnt number 2 in the polls tomorrow, it's a little ridiculous. USC is so overrated, they got at least 2 losses coming their way. And I think you guys took my response a little to seriously. It was in a sarcastic tone poking fun at us.

That article is stupid since it's entirely inaccurate. There were no riots here after the Michigan game last year or 2000. It's funny in that its true that we do like to burn couches and dumpsters and the sort, but people think there is a bunch of crime around OSU which simply isnt true. I'm sure up at Michigan there isnt any crime since after most games people are attending wine and cheese parties (or perhaps during the game, by the sound of the crowd who could tell). I guess when you're not winning a rivalry the best thing to do is to tear apart the rival, infact, I'm surprised there wasnt much mention of the Cooper era in that article, since that seems to be what comforts most UM fans.

I couldnt decide whether I was happy Manningham was out or not. I mean, he's from Ohio, and apparently not good enough for Ohio State (ps I know thats not true) but I want Michigan to be undefeated coming into the big game. By the way, earlier in the season I wondered, but now I'm sure we'll beat anyone we face. A little bit arrogant sure....but we've played every game to our opponents. The only game the Bucks have given double digits to is Iowa. I expect them to more than likely give up double digits in the Michigan game thats over a month away. but I am very confident we will win. Because as piss poor we look against the bad opponents, we look amazing against the good, which Michigan is. To the MSU fans, the funniest thing I've ever heard is the MSU Radio guy the Monday after the Notre Dame game, do you think MSU has any chance to beat OSU, because before Michigan, they are the last time I have worries about.
