I'll never forget that Michigan-Northwestern game from 5 years ago or so. Northwestern had it won then the guy drops that pass in the endzone. Then Michigan had it won and the A Train inconceivably fumbles with 70 yards of open field in front of him. And of course Northwestern ended with a touchdown with less than 30 seconds left. 54-50...what a classic.

I dont see Virginia Tech doing it....I know Eddie Royal (he was friends with my g/f and high school) and Shawn Glendon (back up QB) and they said last year was their year and they didnt get it done. Plus VT usually chokes away a game or two.

Last season's ND-USC game might the only time in my life I've rooted for ND...even when they play Michigan I'd just assume both lost. That game was absolutely incredible.

It would be the most incredible game ever (for us at least) and I dont think my heart could take it. I mean, it would be bad enough to lose to Michigan but to be the one that springed them a National Title game would be devastating. And beating undefeated Michigan to go to the National Championship would be the greatest.

Really looking forward to this season. The offense has a chance to be amazing for the Bucks but the heavy losses on defense worries me somewhat. Usually our defense is always good though so I have faith in the replacements and the system. Might get to see my boy, Nick Patterson, get some playing time. I feel like Ohio State should win every game on their schedule this year, but we all know it doenst happen that easily. It's really to early to tell until the teams take the field and show you what they're made of. Virtually no one saw Penn State coming last year, so you never know with these things. So another year of big expectations...hopefully they'll last through the season this year. THe thought of playing Michigan undefeated has always been the scariest thing for a Buckeye fan, but I think a majority of us feel that stigma has been lifted with Tressel.

I never thought we'd be this good. Actually got to catch a game here in Columbus today on Fox Sports Ohio...nice shutout win. Keep it up guys, Go Tigers!

Cool story ...I wish something like that would happen to me. I keep waiting to run into Sergei down here in C-bus someday.

    Cleveland Fans Are A Joke

Lebron does not equal Stevie Y. I can think of about 23 seasons and 3 championships why. And as far as "dumb" Buckeyes....sigh. Either way...Go Pistons.

    U-M lands top QB

Another huge Michigan QB huh? Here's to hoping he's as immobile as Navarre! A plus if he still gets passes batted down at the line of scrimmage even at that height. On another note..Notre Dame and Michigan getting top rated QBs in the same year makes me a little bit sick.

    New Ohio State Jerseys

Thinking about it, I'd much rather have these than those hideous experiments they came out with last season. I mean, I'd rather be understated than come out looking like the Oregon Ducks, but its just so generic. Its hard to tell how good it will look without the silver pants and helmet setting it off though. I'll give it a good chance, but I think its a mistake. Ohio State is Scarlet & Grey....how can you not have at least grey trim on the jersey itself?

    New Ohio State Jerseys

Actually according to what I've read and heard, this change was completely the University's own doing. Which makes it that much more disappointing. Let's take a class, recognizable jersey that still looks good, and replace it with a generic one that looks like every other red-colored school. This must be brilliance. I want to see it on a player before I start breaking into stores to burn their stock though.

    Detroit Lions off-season thread

I dont know, I thought Greenway was a bit overrated. I watched him pretty closely when Iowa came to town, and since it was a blowout, I had plenty of chances to watch him. He didnt fill up holes, sometimes he seemed lost on his coverage...but then all I'd hear is how great he is. I'm not convinced he'll be a standout NFL player, but I certainly think with a little work on defensive schemes and responsibility, he is NFL caliber.
