You have to be a member to see that article, but I assume its about the hatemail. I wrote Hamby some love mail, I'm sure he's got ten times as much support mail than hate mail since this story has come out. Whoever would write hate mail is an idiot. Especially to a college kid.

Stop bitching you guys....Ohio State is better than Michigan and Michigan State

We didnt choke. We just lost. Poor play calling and good Texas defense in their own end. Hard for Teddy Ginn to do his thing when he only gets the ball 4 times all game.
-
We did contain Vince's running after that first drive, he only had 20 yards or so after that. Who knew that he can actually throw a ball... Our play calling was entirely too conservative. I expected them to be on the conservative side, but Pittman was running well and we get inside the 20 and stop going to him. I dont get it... Troy Smith should be in the game, the whole game. Its nothing against Zwick he had a good game with the exception of the fumble at the absolute worst time (how many dropped passes were there...F#*%!). Smith just adds an element that makes the offense better. Josh Huston had a great game, 5/6 is nothing to be ashamed, he deserves a big pat on the back. But when he missed that 50 yarder, I got a big "uh oh" feeling in the pit of my stomach. I dont blame him, but that was a turning point. My hats off to Texas, they out and out beat us. And it makes me sick, because I still think we should have won that game. But what can you do, hope we bounce back and destroy SDSU. AJ Hawk is my freaking hero...12 tackles 1 INT 1 FF 1 FR 2 SACKS....he didnt deserve to lose. PS...I didnt realize Texas fans did the hook 'em horns sign every second of the game. PPS...Nick Lachey can die.

i'm still bummin.

I dont care who's coaching your team, the Notre Dame players dont have anywhere near the talent the Michigan players do. That said, Notre Dame can win, but there is no way they go into Ann Arbor and run up the score on Michigan. As for Texas-OSU, its cool, we never get respect. We will not be beaten by one man. Our defense is too good for that. Vince Young will get his yards and he'll get his points, but we have the better team. I only hope that shows up on the field on Saturday night.

I really dont believe that you know much about college football.

I disagree. Henne has much more talent than John Navarre and Michael Hart is better than Chris Perry. Chris Perry didn't make people miss or run over people like Hart does. One thing Perry had, was hands. And Hart doesnt seem to be too bad at receiving either. What a great day. First off, I was very impressed with my Buckeyes. Granted they were playing Miami (Ohio), but they looked great. I thought Michigan's offense looked good for most of the game, but I still have a lot of questions about their defense. They've shown they have playmaking ability by the turnovers they created, but if Northern Illinois doesnt give up the ball 5 times, that game might have been a nail-biter for the maize and blue. Congrats SWF, you were the first person I thought of as I watched the last seconds tick off the clock. Oklahoma could be in a world of hurt this year. Now it's a countdown until I'm at The Shoe for the game of the first half of the year. 6 days, 8 hours. GO BUCKEYES! Henne does have more talent. But he's not a better QB yet. And pay attention. That's the second time I've said YET. Also, Hart does have a ton of talent. Compared to Navarre/Perry in their soph years, Henne/Hart are probably better. But the comment made was that they were an upgrade, which suggests that Henne/Hart now are better than Heisman contending seniors Navarre and Perry were. Next year, probably. This year, doubt it. If Chad doesn't get his aim under control, he'll have some fans calling for his head by midseason. Yes, I understand your point and I still disagree.

Somebody wanna fill me in?

USC's defense is overrated. Offense will probably be good, but as usual, they play in the Pac 10 and face nobodies all year long until they get to the bowl game, fairly injury free and rested from beating Arizona State and the their biggest rivals, big bad UCLA. OH NOES! If they dont blow one against their cupcake schedule, I'll be rooting for whoever they play, be it Michigan or whoever, to kill them. I'm so sick of every college football preview show devoting a half hour to Matt Leinart. He probably deserves it, I just dont like it.

Roy's already denied it.

Dont worry, I'm pretty confident Michigan wont be choking in the Rose Bowl this year, they'll be dominating the Capital One Bowl.

I'd agree, Henne is vast improvement over John Navarre and Michael Hart is better than Chris Perry in my opinion. Notre Dame will have to play their game of the year to beat Michigan on its off day.

Anyone see the new preseason poll. Some highlights... 1. USC 4. Michigan 5. LSU 6. Ohio State

You go to hell! You go to hell and die!!!!! I love you too JohnO. I've been to Hell before, go figure that it's actually in Michigan. My aunt lives just a few miles east.

For all my Michigan friends Let's kickoff the season this weekend, I cant wait!
-
Yes I know...that's why I said "I bet." I was implying that I think it will happen and that I could be wrong. I hope I am, as much as I hate Notre Dame.
-
Last time they played in Ann Arbor, Michigan won 38-0....with John Navarre.
-
If history of the series has taught us anything, both teams ALWAYS have a chance no matter the records or streaks.
-
I bet Michigan beats Notre Dame by 40 this year.

For the sake of the rest of America...lets hope not.
