I dont know what to make of this weekend's game in East Lansing. I think MSU is better than the results they've gained, but in what year haven't we said that. At some point it just becomes the truth. UM is most definitely improved, and are if nothing else clutch (aka anti-Spartan Syndome). I question if the defense will be able hold up, however I think there's talent there, especially in the secondary. I'll be interested to see how Forcier responds in his first road game, especially with the shoulder injury. How there is a QB controversey in East Lansing is beyond me. It hasn't even been close, Cousins should be the starter. If scUM has a good showing this weekend, I'll start buying what the mass media is selling in that Michigan is "back". Definitely think they're better, but I guess it all depends on what your definition of "back" is. I guess if I had to pick, Michigan has been clutch and MSU has founds way to kill themselves. Seems to set up the classic 'Spartans blow late lead' game. Michigan by 4.

f*** you ! I was one of those faces. Except I wasn't stunned. I saw it coming. Matt Barkley is a punk. I forgive Tim Tebow for his douchebaggery since I've witnessed Barkley.

Decade in the singular form? We all knew we were gonna lose. Maybe a little hoping against hope. I just want to see steady improvement in every facet of our game. The Lions have to build off something positive soon. We have a pretty tough schedule, hoping we take some teams by surprise. Last season there were at least 6 games we had a shot at that we blew late. We better capitalize on a few of those this season.

UM fans are understandably pumped. Two better than expected games with probably better than expected outcomes (picked UM to win both, though not as impressively as they did). Forcier has done fantastic. I'd be pumped too. Enjoy it. It's good to have the chest thumping scUM fans back. Yep, we lost another one. Our new thing is losing games in the last minute. However, we didn't lose that game in the last minute, we lost it in the first half. We should have been up two touchdowns at halftime, and then the execution died (redundant?) in the second half. We found a way to lose. USC didn't impress me. They gave us every chance to win, and we didn't take it. The only positive I get out of this is, is that we're very young and the future looks bright. Just like I said two years ago.

Glad I wasn't the only one who enjoyed that thoroughly.

The Pens suddenly have some belief that they're gonna be able to win. However, the Wings are as resilient team as there is, maybe not within a game, but within a series for sure. We'll respond, but no doubt about it, pressure is on us to win this Game 5.
