They say every team needs it. More specifically ever team needs to overcome it. Well here you go Wings, there's a big steaming pile of adversity in your way. The murderous rage that is within me over the officiating is probably warranted. At least warranted as far as obsessed hockey fans go. However, the Wings did dig their own hole early. So now, it's all on them. What happened, happened. If the Wings are even remotely as pissed off as we are right now, we won't have to worry about Game 4. If we see another start like Game 3? Well, it doesn't need to be said.

And those that were on goal were mere logo-hunters from 30+ feet.

Ah, I'm trying to damnit. But just when our "star" players seem to be getting off their ass and playing, the refs...well you know. I might be leaving town soon. Gonna go be a pirate and sail the seas. Not one of those BS Somalian pirates. But a jolly, spirited pirate who steals from the evil. Like NHL refs. GARRRRRRRRR!!!

*Sigh* Suddenly I get why people snap and go live in the Montana woods to plot their revenge.

Not disagreeing with either of you, but Hossa did drive the net at the end, finally. He scored a goal. We tied it at 2, seems like OT should've started by now. He didn't cost us that goal. He certainly didn't do much to stop it, but that's what you get when you have a 60 year old man playing last man back.

If the Wings come out with the kind of intensity I'm feeling right now on Thursday? 23-0.

Seriously....the Wings played god-awful, but at the very least, forgiving the Neidavacation nonsense, they tied the game....and they were robbed. It's all true, play better in the beginning and it may not come down to that. But it did, and we were freakin robbed.

I won't sleep tonight. And yeah, the Wings played like f'in pansies for half the game. But the fact remains they got f'in hosed on the second goal, even if you don't call that goalie interference, the powerplay should've never happened. AND THEN YOU f*** UP THE TYING GOAL WITH A MINUTE LEFT? F@#$@#!!!!!!!!!! This is unhealthy...I hate hockey.

Hey, did I sense that we finally awoke at the end of that period? Did the boys think the game started at midnight? And it wasn't just the goal, we started playing. Like hey, we should probably start skating hard. Stuart's penalty was BS. The goal was luckbox too.

I think line changes might be in order just to give the team a spark. Not necessarily a panic move, more of a "wake the f up" move. And Raffi, you must be damn hurt. I don't know what hurts more for you, the injury or watching this. All this pessimistic venting said, still 2 periods to go. Just wish we'd have seen 60 minutes.

I dont know why Hossa is out of breath, I only saw him skate once all period. This team is not skating, they're coasting and leaning for pucks. They're doing nothing to get to the center of the ice, and they've been borderline retarded in their own zone. Hope this just a short-lived triple OT hangover.

Your happiness makes my heart bleed. We all knew we weren't going 16-0, but losing in triple overtime just sucks so much.

We didn't deserve that game in regulation. But I thought we were pretty good for the most part in OT. You just knew it was gonna be some bulls*** triple deflection screen goal, and some part of you knew it wasn't going to be us.

I hate OT. We can't ever just bury one. It's always just off the stick or just high or just wide. I hate OT.
