I just think it's strange that the league would suspend him for calling an actress "sloppy seconds", and not suspend him for calling Laraque a "black monkey".

I think this was a major overreaction. Granted, "sloppy seconds" is pretty degrading, but it's also kinda funny. Not to mention we missed out on the best part, Phaneuf cleaning Avery's clock.

Michigan will be slightly better next year, if only by default. The guys who have been there will have experience with the system, Dick Rod will have more of his players and less of Lloyd's, and a new QB to run it all. That said, that freshman QB is gonna make a bunch of mistakes and probably cost UM as many games as he'll win. For marked improvement, better look 2 years down the road. The problems of this Michigan team won't be fixed in one off-season.

That was epic. Unfortunately the rest of the game was me yelling at the piss poor play and having to listen to the Habs fans who took over the Joe.

I don't like Boston's. Carolina's is so boring. I actually don't mind the Kings, goes back to their 90s look. Ottawa's....yawn. Why even bother if thats the best you can come up with? The Flyers thirds are pretty sweet. Yotes' are boring, but they add a new color to a boring uni. Tampa's look like an All Star jersey. This is not a good thing.

Yes he does, but coaches don't actually vote, they leave that up to their staff most of the time. And if anyone's a Billy Bob, it's the coach up north that came from West Virginia.

Just got back. I'm frozen solid. Not wearing two layers of socks became a very apparent mistake early in the fourth quarter. But I can't *****, as boring and predictable as our offense was, we still put up 42. Good times and good for Todd Boeckman. This game isnt what the rivlary is supposed to be about, but I'll take the easy ones while we can get them.
