Boo! I hate both teams though, so it didn't really matter. I loved seeing Ronaldo get stuffed on his PK...that was great. It was an awesome game though, and I went to Eddie George's Grill which basically turned into an English Soccer Pub. It was a lot of fun....so was being drunk at 5 in the afternoon on a Wednesday.

Enjoy it Dallas. It was gift wrapped and everything. I dont feel that bad about this loss as far as the Wings go. I thought their was plenty of effort, not as much offense as I'd like, it just wasn't their night and the refs made sure it wasn't gonna be their night.

They may be the most talented, but they're gonna learn that they're not the best all around players on the ice. That title will go to Datsyuk and Zetterberg. Crosby and Malkin will learn with age, and likely surpass both with ease, but it's not their time....yet.

I always watch the Final Four tournaments that are on ESPN. I watched Ohio State set a couple of attendance records when we beat Denver U earlier this season at the Horseshoe. That was fun.

Great post. I couldn't agree more. Something else that pisses me off that I seem to only notice on VS. Why don't they mute their computers? You can hear their web browser clicking as they surf the web or as their NHL stat page refreshes. It's so annoying and unprofessional.

Assuming Ozzie did anything on purpose he should not be suspended. It's a high stick penalty, nothing more. What Ribeiro did is the type of bulls*** that Marty McSorely did in a moment of stupidity. Thankfully Ozzie is the most padded and protected player on our team. I'm thinking by the look on Mike's face that he forgot where he was and just had a moment where he wasn't thinking. Either way, what he did was incredibly dangerous. Stars looked much better tonight. I don't want to say the Wings played bad, because overall they did play well. But there were many more turnovers and missed plays than we have been seeing lately. Look forward to Game 3, if the Wings win, it's all over.
