I liked the physical effort yesterday, hope to see a little more of that today. The Wings finally have a game that means something. We've lost two in a row, playing the team that is likely our biggest rival right now, time to kick some ass. Part of me wishes Probert would come out of retirement for one game, and destroy Chris Pronger. I want blood....alas, I am Red Wings fan, the only blood spilled is our own.

If it was early in the game, I think you might have a better point. But putting in a cold Hasek probably wouldn't done anything better.

We weren't close friends or anything, but some of my high school shenanigans were in his company. It was pretty shocking when I heard of the accident. Elliot was a big (literally) OSU fan too. I guess a full scholarship can change things. Haven't heard many updates lately, so it's good to hear Brock is making progress. -
The Wings definitely weren't dominating last night. Did you see some of the amazing saves Ozzie made early in the game? Blame the defense and forwards for turning the puck over inside our own defensive zone, not Ozzie.

Yeah, Wauseon is the only town near where I grew up with decent restaurants and a Walmart, so I spent a lot of time there. The accident happened when I was home for Christmas too. -

I know one of Michigan's recruits brothers, Elliot Mealer. He was just recently paralyzed in an accident that Elliot's dad and girlfriend were also killed in.
