In 2001, no one thought the Blues could be beat. -
The Yankees of the NHL always kills me. Especially since now there is a salary cap and a level playing field. Even before that when we had a bunch of free agents who WANTED to come play for us, we werent giving them free money, a lot of that money came from our own players who deferred portions of their own salary.

I wasnt online last night during the game, but did anyone else think the first period was one of the best the Wings played all year? I guess that made the horrific third all that much worse. -
We were all frustrated...throwing all kinds of shots on goal and getting nothing and Sharks have gotten a few ridiculous gifts. This team has show it is resilient though, so we gotta keep the faith when our backs are against the wall.

Daniel Cleary...he was everywhere Hasek should get honorable mention. He didnt have a lot of work, but I definitely felt better with that old bastard back there than I have in years.
