I think it was the initiative by some posters, I give credit to Dakine, to blindly cheer for Lang that won this game. Three years since we've felt this, and after the last game, it feels good. Jiggy, thanks for posting and being respectful as possible, stick around. -

I grew up about a mile south of the Michigan border in BFE Northwest Ohio. I was a Detroit fan for everything else, so it made sense to cheer for the Wings. We didnt have satellite until 97 so it was hard to follow the Wings much. I used to go to my brother's house to watch games...he was a huge Wings fan and got me and my dad into. Loved the Wings since 94...before that, didnt know who Steve Yzerman was. -

Well, the Red Wings can almost take this series tonite. A 3-0 series lead would be a deathgrip but if Calgary wins, they're right back in this series. Gonna need the same effort and then some to win this game tonite. Just finish your checks, skate hard, and play smart...and we should be celebrating a Game 3 victory. -
Well, it sucks in that I used to see the Storm all the time growing up. Nothing like learning all sorts of new cuss words for use in the 4th grade. I think it's a good thing assuming the Mud Hens do make a new team though.

I'm impressed with the crowd so far, I was scared it was gonna be as bad as the regular season. Then again, they have a lot to cheer for tonite.

I just hope with this lead they dont cocky. With Dom in net, I'm confident we got this one as long as they dont start being idiots. But they have to come out and play this hard EVERY GAME.

Two amazing periods...I couldnt have asked for more. Not just the score, but the will to dominate all around. We're not getting beat physically...color me impressed.

We were playing great in the battles along the boards...I even noticed Lang skating, catching up, and beating the Flames back on one play. I love it! Go Wings!
