Seider and Raymond still aren't fully developed 'man status' yet either. As good as theyve been both still have a lot of room for growth too. As good as this teams been this season thyre gonna look a lot different in 2-3 seasons with Berggren, Kasper, Danielson, Edvinsson, Sandin Pellikka, Cossa all making it among others.

Regardless I agree with your assessment on Kasper hes been real impressive. Fast, tenacious, heavy on pucks, plays both ends of the ice. Hes gonna be a good one.

You can call it 1a and 1b if you want but Berggren and Hirose are the teams top 2 wingers so Id argue Kasper was centering the 1a line while the vet Czarnik was centering the 1b line. Im not sure where to see TOI for AHL games but if I were to bet Id say the Kasper line played more/ tougher minutes.

? Trey is listed at 6'1" and Red is listed at 5'11". That looked accurate to me. If anything it looked like there coulda been more then 2" between them - Trey being taller or Red being shorter.

Theres more then 1 way to skin build a cat cup contender. You dont need a Point/Stamkos to be considered a cup contender. Look at the Leafs they have Matthews/Marner/Nylander/Tavares and no one outside of Leaf fans considers them a serious cup contender. The Wings have/ will have better defense and depth then most of these teams in the coming years. Also Larkin and Compher are mid 1/2Cs - far from poor. A team can def win with a 85-90pts 1C and 50-55pts 2C if they have 3 ~70pts wingers. This team has as good depth as any team in the league and thats how they will have to win games - out-depth other teams.

Agree and theres no reason to think Danielson and/or Kasper can't become exactly that. Neither are likely to be elite offensively but both should be really good 2way Cs - really good in the d-zone and more then capable in the o-zone.

Im all for trading Gost and bringing up Edvinsson but thats a trade that brings back an asset not a dump. You dont dump Chiarot if you wanna go on a playoff run.

Saying over and over that Debrincat has a bad shot doesnt make it true. I wouldnt say his shot is elite but definitely well above average and closer to elite then bad.
