There's not actually people that believe this is there?

We could be seeing another Mazur level emergence from another Wings prospect this season. Red Savage has 3 goals 7 points in 4 games with Michigan State. 2nd in NCAA behind Jets prospect Rutger McGroarty.

If Edvinsson was 22 with 2 years in the NHL and Seider was 20 on the cusp I think people would be seeing this differently. Edvinsson is going to be a beast. Best top 2 D in the league in 3 years. What if Edvinsson is closer to Hedman than he is Kronwall? -

Edvinsson going to be better than Seider. -
Gost had that on his own last season. 41 last season and 51 the season before. I expect him to be in that range again this season. Gost and Petry combined for 73 points last season. Gostisbehere - 41 points > Hronek - 38 points Petry - 31 points > Oesterle - 11 points Holl - 18 points > Lindstrom - 8 points + Hagg - 7 points You didn't mention Walman as a breakout candidate. If he's paired with Seider all season, he could take the biggest step of any Red Wing.

Where are you seeing this? The stat line I seen was 2 GP - 0 G - 5 A - 5 PTS - 6 S - 0 +/-

Kaser and Daniels are basically the same age so I'd assume they'll probably retire around the same time. I just hope we have Ken and Mick forever.

Pronman's U23 rankings NHL allstar 12) Seider Top of the lineup 26) Raymond 32) Danielson 40) Edvinsson Bubble top/middle of the lineup 65) Kasper Middle of the lineup 93) Sandin Pellikka 106) Wallinder 149) Soderblom 155) Mazur 167) Cossa Thoughts? I expect at least a few of these players to raise their stock this season, especially Mazur.

You realize if this one every 32 years rule was implemented, in 32 years and every year after the standings wouldnt matter. The #1 pick would be decided before the season started every year. Chicago won it last year, so theyre out, Montreal won it the year before, so theyre out, and so on until you name 31 teams. Team 32 wins the #1 pick before the season starts regardless if they finish dead last or win the cup. In other words, horrendous rule change.
