WTF has happened to Lappy? It's like he's not the same player anymore.
-
It turned out exactly as I hoped for the Wings in the West. Dallas has a real chance of upsetting Anaheim, although losing Zubov deals them a significant blow. I still favor the Ducks, but the Stars are one of the few teams that seems to cause Anaheim problems. And San Jose and Calgary beating the crap out of each other is great. Either Nabokov or Kiprusoff is out after the first round, leaving only Giguere as a truly scary "hot goalie" threat in the conference, imo.

Did another mod already delete all the posts from the Blackhawks fans? You know, the ones who surely flooded the board so they could take turns eating crow for talking sh** last game?
-
No, I meant where can you watch it. But I see it's on the NHL Network, which I don't get. Grrr.
-
Where's it at? It's blacked out on my Center Ice Online.

"... biggest rivals ..."??? Hahahahaha
-
Come on, Hawks trolls! Let's hear from ya! Bring it on! <crickets>
-
If you think they're being neutral, that means they're being over-the-top in praising him.
-
The Blackhawks trolls should be here any minute now. Right? They wouldn't just show up when they're winning, would they?
-
hahaha. Did Milbury really say that? I'm glad, because I was about to point out that McGuire is saying the stuff he's saying just to mix things up. It's not necessarily indicative of his real opinion.

CHICAGO SUCKS! CHICAGO SUCKS! CHICAGO SUCKS! OK, it's starting to grow on me.

CHICAGO SUCKS! CHICAGO SUCKS! CHICAGO SUCKS! Yep, I feel as lame as the Hawks fans at United Center are.

My top five fighters list goes: 1. Laraque 2. Brashear 3. McGrattan 4. Boogaard 5. King I wish I could fit Colton Orr in there somehow, because he's had an impressive fight card this year, but he doesn't quite squeeze in. Now, as for guys who are out on the ice to protect me, McGrattan and Boogaard fill that type of role perfectly. Some of the lesser fighters like Neil and Simon, too.

Just copy and paste any of the "I wish we had Carcillo" posts and put my name on it.

The easiest team for the Wings would have been Chicago. The Hawks would have been lucky to last 5 games. But if I had to pick second, it would be Nashville. Sure, the Preds could win. But if they can't beat Nashville, they're not very good.

I always have mixed feelings about this time of year. On one hand, the playoffs are about to begin. The most exciting time of the season. On the other, we have slim pickings when it comes to hockey fights.
-
I don't want to see any of our players injured, but the team can only improve with him out of the lineup. If Kirk Maltby wasn't Kirk Maltby - the key cog in the grindline on the Stanley Cup teams - he wouldn't have a place on this roster at all.

The Wings have crappy records against a bunch of non-playoff teams in the Central division. You can choose to believe that's because those teams "have their number," or you can figure it's because they didn't get up for their games against those teams during the regular season. The playoffs are another matter entirely. If the Wings can't get up for a playoff series, they deserve to lose.
-
The Blackhawks would be the easiest possible opponent for the Red Wings. Every fan of the Wings should be hoping, praying and sacrificing small animals to the deity of their choice that the Hawks squeak in and face them in round one.

Awesome!
-
Hahaha. Savard is awesome. That's old time hockey right there!
-
Gooning it up! I have waited a long time to see this kind of response! Keep 'er up, boys.
-
That's what I like to see.

He may have forgotten, but I haven't.
