True, but still he has missed game time. And in the playoffs especially, it can be hard to get back in form quickly. I'm not very worried though, I think after a game or so he should have his legs and timing back.

Agreed. At the beginning of the season he went down with an injury for a few weeks, cant remember what it was exactley, but it took him a looooong time to get in the swing of things. BUT, he has been playing so well since the last month of the reg. season that hopefully it wont matter much and it wont take him long to get his legs back and start scorein some more goals for us.

Off topic a bit, but I was wondering if anyone else caught that. That may have been the most ridiculous thing I have ever heard Milbury say or anyone say for that matter. Just plain stupid... ANNND I am not worried/scared. The important stat is 3-2 wings. All we need is one more and this team is to good to not get one more.

Yes, AO will get the Hart. And, after watching several AO vids on YouTube, I have decided that I need to see Datsyuk and Ovechkin play together on the same line. NOW. That would be pure magic.

Dont know if this has been mentioned yet, only read the first few posts... But I have been calling him "Applicator" because he name sounds a lot like it and I can actually spell that word.

I dunno who/if we can bench many people because of all the injuries, but if I were to I would bench: Z (back) Lids (cuz he is sweet) Cheli (grandpa) Kronwall (always injury prone) Otherwise, Id just keep everyone in and spread around the ice time. Let Mac or Applicator(if he is dressed, which I think he should be) play more. Even Huds. Maybe he will get a goal or two and get on a role. Its a shot in the dark but who knows.

Glad to here we signed Applicator!! I liked what I saw in his first game, and hopefully Babs will play him some more.
