I wouldn't be so quick to point at Dom and say those things, especially when Kiprusoff has been doing the exact same thing whenever there is a Wings player anywhere near him. The only difference is that the refs are calling the penalties for him, and I hope someone does actually run him over, just so he has a reason to be on the ice.

Alot of times, they do list diving as unsportsmanlike conduct, so I'm pretty sure that's what it was. Calder got penalized for his little graze of Kiprusoff, and because Kipper flung himself to the ice, he got the call in his favor, yet when Dom does get an elbow in the head, he gets nailed for diving. I'm tired of seeing Kipper flop to the ice or spin himself around every time a Wings player is near him, and the refs bite on it. Yet, everyone(Calgary fans) just act like he never dove to get a penalty called against the Wings. He reminds me of Roloson last year in the playoffs, always flopping himself to the ice when there's a Wing player anywhere close to him, and I hope someone does actually rail him, just to see how he likes it.

I have to cool off before I go to bed, my better half knows to leave me alone when the Wings get screwed like they did tonight, and the other night for that matter. Good night all, and I'll be here for the torture that is game 5.

Can't blame the refs??? How the hell can you say not to blame the refs? Those bulls*** calls cost us the game, just like they did last game. Yes, the PP and PK are awful, but if not for those bulls*** calls, the Wings would have won the damn game. Calgary blows more than Brian Engblom at 5 on 5 play, and only does their damage on the PP. Let's just hope the refs actually let the Wings play for game 5, and not hand it to Calgary again.

I'm not sure what makes me sicker, the fact that the Flames are going to win this game because of bulls*** calls again, or these announcers.

The refs haven't let them play yet, and I don't see that changing for the 3rd period honestly. Yes, the PP and PK need work, but the bulls*** calls shouldn't cost us the game, and they are. Calgary is pathetic and can only score on their stupid PP, and it blows more than Engblom does. I'm so pissed right now.

Ok, they gave Dom a penalty for unsportsmanlike, so why the hell hasn't Kiprusoff gotten a couple of those go against him yet?

I couldn't figure that part out either, I was telling my girlfriend that they were acting like Bert did that to one of their players. Just a little slow was that bunch last night eh? Though it was funny when Bert steamrolled one of the Flames players, I couldn't stop laughing.

I could watch that over and over again, and I have. Cleary absolutely leveled Phaneuf there, and it was awesome watching it happen.

If it was a charge like you're saying, then why didn't the ref call it? He was standing right there when Cleary hit him, so obviously it was completely clean. You guys are upset because Phaneuf got nailed hard like he normally does to other players, and anytime he hits a player on another team, it's always a clean hit. There was no charge, no elbow and he didn't leave his skates before he hit him. Cleary is not a player who takes cheap shots, and anyone trying to say that needs to take off the blinders.(not talking about you)

I've already decided to ignore the idiot who is spewing his crap all over about Cleary again being a cheap shot player. Just not worth getting into trouble over, or riled up over for that matter.

Funny that Phaneuf is a big boy and can elbow Datsyuk in the head in game 2 and it's a good hockey hit, and now Cleary rocks him with a good hard hit and Flames fans are crying that it was a cheap shot. Doesn't surprise me in the least really. Flames fans like that just make me hate the team and everything about them even more, and as for "running" Kiprusoff, try paying better attention without your blinders on. He should get a medal for the dive he had that led to the supposed goalie interference on Calder, I hope the Wings do actually run him to see how he likes it. At least then he would have a reason to be laying on the ice.

Staying out of the penalty box sounds good and all, but when you have the refs(or in this case) McCreary making bulls*** calls whenever there's a Wings player anywhere even near a Flames player, it's kind of hard to avoid. Let's just all hope for the Wings sake in the next game that McCreary is not one of the refs.

I hated watching the game, especially after McCreary made it completely obvious that he was going to call everything on the Wings, and absolutely nothing against the precious Flames. I don't normally complain too much about the refs, but him not making an interference call before cheap shot Iginla scored cost the Wings the game. There is no way that shouldn't have been called, and yet go figure they got screwed with that one. I felt like throwing the remote through the t.v. but everyone else in the house is sleeping. Maybe Cleary can hit Phaneuf again, but take him out of the series next time. Oh, and someone do the same to Iginla as well. Kiprusoff should have gotten a penalty on that so-called goalie interference on Calder, and people jump on Dom for embellishment. That was so awful, and yet somehow I knew it was going to get called sooner or later, the way he's been flopping to the ice in the first few games. Someone should really run over him, see how he likes it then.

I seriously hope that McCreary doesn't ref the next game too, otherwise it will be more bulls*** against the Wings. Everyone is going to see this as Calgary domination, and that it's going to cause them to win the series, and I wish they would have lost this game just so I didn't have to read and hear all the bulls*** about how they were the better team. That would work too. Just seems like they're both too lazy when on the ice together, and Calder gets saddled with both of them at once, kinda unfair to him. I know Rex is going to be the one that ends up sitting, and that's not fair to the kid.

Awesome GDT as usual Aflac. I just want to see the guys coming out with the same effort they have in the first 2 games, and there should be no worries. The Flames seem to be a bit relaxed now that they're on home ice, so maybe that will work to the Wings advantage as well tonight. Hopefully no one on the team gets hurt, and we come away with this series being 3-0. One thing I was thinking about though watching the last game, Babs should really seperate Lazy and Sammy. Those 2 being on the same line is just a disaster waiting to happen IMO. Calder is the only one that seems like he does anything productive when that line is out there. I see Calder going for a puck, and Lang is just kindof standing there watching, frustrates me to no end. Let's Go Red Wings
