I can't wait for the game to start. Ozzie is going to bounce back from the other night, and so will the rest of the team. It's going to be awesome to see Drapes playing again, and hopefully Dats will be able to go as well. I'm listening to "Hey Hey Hockeytown" and playing Whack the Penguin to prepare for watching the game, hopefully the night will be finished off with a huge win by the boys tonight.

Had it been the Wings with 6 skaters on the ice for that period of time, the Penguins bench would have been screaming and they would have been nailed for it right away. You're gonna sit here and tell everyone that you and your fellow Crosby fans would have not been upset about the situation had it been reversed? Please. Penguins fans would be just as pissed off had the Wings gotten away with 6 skaters on the ice for that period of time and not been called for it.

Learning how to play puss hockey from his captain. Punching Hank in the face, then swinging his stick at him, and then trying to punch him while Satan had both arms around him? And I thought Crosby was bad I don't recall every seeing Hank look that pissed off, although I would have been too in that situation. Even Ozzie looked like he was going to get involved there for a second. Time for Malkin to catch a Kronwall hit next game I think.

The look on his face is just priceless.

I feel bad for Hiller, he was the only reason the Ducks made it all 7 games. Besides, it was his first time going through the playoffs, and he got that close and lost because his team didn't give him more help. That kid is going to be good for years to come in this league I think, so I can't blame him for being on the verge of tears at the end of the game.

Let their fans bash Osgood and think they will "score tons" on him. They obviously haven't paid any sort of attention to how he's played so far. Eff them, seriously. They shall find out soon enough that he's playing well, and they'll be crying soon enough about how their team couldn't score enough on him. That being said, they have some big guys that like to hit and go to the front of the net. As long as the Wings keep them away from Ozzie, and the refs don't allow him to be run over, that shouldn't be too much of a concern. Eager is the only one who likes to throw the cheap shots, so the guys will have to be aware of him on the ice. Khabibulin does not scare me in the least, and he doesn't like having guys in his face either. Homer, Mule and Cleary all have to get in his face and create havoc like they did against Hiller. If they play the way they did for the most part against the Ducks, they should get past the Hawks. It will come down to how the Wings decide to play. If they're willing to keep getting the "dirty" goals and going to the net hard, then they will advance. If they settle for the shots from the outside, turn the puck over, and let the Hawks run over Ozzie, then it won't look so good for them. I have nothing but faith in this team, and will love nothing more than to see them take the Hawks out.

I think that's why so many have issues with him. Every single time they show him, he's in the refs ear. He only has himself to blame for his whiner reputation, maybe if he'd shut his trap and just play hockey, there wouldn't be so much reason to get on his case. Although, the commercial they show on Versus with him and Ovechkin is hilarious.

Can't say it surprises me to see no suspension coming for that. Unfortunately, it's going to take a severe injury on the ice before anything gets done. I'm shocked that more players don't take matters into their own hands, even with the instigator penalty being in place. Sooner or later though, one of the players is going to do something in response to something like that, and someone is going to end up being hurt in the process. Maybe then the owners won't be so fond of Bettman.

Yeah, and Brown was trying to say the visor cut him. I so hope he gets what he deserves...maybe Kronner or Stewie will give him a nice clean check that knocks him silly.

I haven't seen any of the games, but just from pics I've seen it looks like Hiller is down on his knees alot. It was mentioned that he is a butterfly goalie, so I say Homer, Mule and Clears get comfy in front of him and make it nice and difficult for him to see shots. Wouldn't want to see anything but a proper welcome from our boys to Hiller.
