Read the comments? Wow...the fans of the Penguins need to get out some more. Or just stop taking 10 drops of acid before talking.

Everyone. Throw the Wings in a gauntlet and have them face every team in a seven game series in the same time frame the normal playoffs take. Just to show the Wings pure and utter dominance.
-
I find basing things off the past and trying to use that information to predict something in the future to be rather silly. You go with the information at hand. The Wings are more talented this year than last and winning a Stanley Cup with the core they have now is a huge step, they all know what it takes now. They play like they should and it shouldn't be a problem. Of course there are other factors that come into play; hot teams, injuries, etc. Regardless, they play like they should there isn't a reason why they aren't at least in the SCF.

All Drake's are bad ass, probably because we all hail from one area, http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Paducah,_Kentucky-, or so my grandpa says.

I believe so. If not I might throw some pop at the pop guy's head. Get your bs crappy pop outta here.

Live and learn. Lot of the young ones now don't even have a hint of what to do in terms of handling a relationship or just situations in general. Or maybe it's just I know how to handle every one. It's just very, very hard to imagine anyone that is 16-20 now married when most of our parents were however many years ago. ZF40, I'll tell you what I tell every single friend, that's a girl, when they come crying to me. It's not the first time and it won't be the last, especially at your age. Fairy tale stories of marrying someone from high school or marrying the first person you meet doesn't happen, basically at all, everyone has to have their heart broken once. Told my friend last week she thinks too much. And she acknowledged it, yet still doesn't do anything about it. So what I am saying, since you sound exactly like my friend, is that don't think about ANYTHING. Don't over think it. Don't under think it. Don't think. You may find "the one" when you aren't even looking.

Just got off the phone with the pop guy. We are getting Vernors, Root Beer and Squirt in our pop machine soon. Little excited.

In all fairness I heard the window called the guy a d-bag and asked him if he was related to the Gotti brothers. *edit* Well I'm going to Cedar Point today with my aunt and uncle. Traffic should be fun around 2-3 when we leave.

Office was kinda lame other than Jim proposing to Pam in which I giggled and ran around like a little schoolgirl.

I'm going to steal my cousin's thunder at his own wedding on Saturday. Just not sure how.

You can't be superior until you get that special birds and bees talk!

It's not a hand bag. And it's not a purse. It's European. Having the lighter (which in states costs about 1000 bucks more for the smokers package) as a lipstick holder is amateurish. You have a compartment in the center console pop them out so you don't have to fumble to grab it.

Ohhh, good one. Don't Austrailia teach proper grammer? (I know I spelled grammar wrong, I threw in another misspelling, can you catch it) UK - The Mustang isn't boring at all. Neither is the insurance on it.
-
Dad says I have to get a Ford because he works for Ford. I say sorry, dad, all your cars are BORING. Mom says I can get the new Mazda 6, I had the '06. So. Mom > Dad in all cases. Glad I am a momma's boy. She will be mine soon enough: Think I'm going black on black. Red is nice though.

I didn't ask you to tell me anything. And Flip having a jammed thumb is completely relevant. It's not even a minor injury. It'll be fine in a couple days, maybe, maybe a week. Boneheaded play? Yes. Dangerous? Yes. Anything serious happen? No. And Downey was a man about it and faced the problem, worked it out with BOTH Draper and Flip and he knows not to do it again. So....it's not that big of a deal. Especially when this thread is going to be on page 10 a couple days from now.
-
So you decided to skip over the part where I said I know how dangerous it is? Perhaps I should mention I had my arm broken from a check from behind? So when I say first-hand... I really mean experienced...and I guess you skipped over all the other how I could care less about Downey But, continue on people, keep your panties in a bunch. Won't even be talking about this a week from now.
-
This much I know. There is a saying though, it's at the tip of my tongue. Something about a mole and an ant hill. Should Downey have thought twice? Of course, I've played hockey for 17-18 years now. I know, first-hand, how serious a check from behind can be. But did anything serious happen? No. So what's the big deal? Other than possibly trying to make Downey look like the bad guy, which he did a good job at. Not that I care. D-Mac has way more upside than Downey, but that is a totally different topic.

Soooooooooooo Can't tell you how many jumpers there are on the 4-0 pre-season bandwaggon. I laugh because people honestly believed this franchise was about to turn around.
-
Add the fact that nobody else made the situation as big of a deal as Draper did... If it was as bad as Draper is making it to be you would think more people would have said something. But, jammed thumbs are, after all, devastating to one's career.
-
It's a jaaaammmmmmed thumb. You would think that Downey gave Flip a concussion.
-
You're right. A jammed thumb. He's out for at least two months.
-
A jammed thumb? You're kidding me right? A jammed thumb. No hand problems are going to occur with a jammed thumb. Yea, there goes his shot and stick-handling abilities, send him down to GR.
-
......a jammed thumb? Put Tiger Balm on it and he's good to go.
