    2006 ALDS: Tigers vs Yankees

I'll admit that I was nervous as all hell when they put in Jones, I was pacing back and forth at work. He pitched well though, something like 14 of his 18 pitches were strikes. Copa better be deafening tomorrow. I like their chances at this point now. Have Bondo and Kenny going - #1 and 2 pitchers respectively- at home so it should be a win.

    2006 ALDS: Tigers vs Yankees

Yea, yea, that, yea, was ridiculous. Even though it was a tailing fastball it still went over majority of the heart of the plate. At WORST it was inside corner. I mean Pudge's glove did not move when he caught that ball. Must be nice to have the umps under contract as well. But, hey, as long as any team plays in Detroit they should expect to get f***ed over by the refs / umps.

    2006 ALDS: Tigers vs Yankees

Nate has been FANTASTIC over the past 2-3 months. Should be no criticism, he didn't get the run support. Come back with Bondo, Verlander, and then Kenny to close out the series. Van Slyke came into work the other day, wanted his clubs regripped. He does not even have hands, he has paws. I'm still waiting on Chauncey, I guess he stopped in a couple times.
  6. It's for the better that they lost and got the wild card... And how people can ***** after what the Tigers did this year is beyond me. You realize we were spoiled to death correct?

KJ should touch the ball at least 30 times a game, been saying that for a while. He's durable enough to do it.

Sean Casey is the fastest runner ever. Seriously though. If I were to compare Sean Casey with a vehicle it would have to be the CT2004 (a cement truck). He's such a damn ogre. And must every Detroit sports team take it up the pooper hole by the umps / refs? That called third strike on Guillen was horrendous.

Dino Ciccarelli's girlfriend is effing gorgeous. She's having him come buy a golf bag and driver just because the bag is pink and the driver has a pink shaft. Must be nice to be able to throw money around like that.

haha, yes. His last two outings have been shaky. Don't know what it could be, certainly can't say fatigue because he did skip his start last week.

Striking out has always been a problem of Granderson's. Maggs has tied his longest streak of not hitting a homerun.

A slide was inevitable. It's not like they have been playing poorly, just making one too many mistakes but teams like the ChiSox are going to take advantage of those. Tigs' have Bondo, Verlander and Nate pitching hopefully they can shut down the BoSox.

Haven't seen Inge commit an error in I don't know how long. They haven't played a good game since the last time they played Minnesota or whoever it was when they imploded. What a play by Guillen!!11!11!!11!1!1! Granderson had a nice one too.
