Wow! Final score was 10-2. Ten freaking goals by one team! Ten goals and not even a Fedorov assist in sight. Ten goals and Fedorov finished with a +/- of 0. The Wings could have used a player like that.

It's all the negative reporting in and around hockey. First you have you hockey haters. Secondly you have traditionalist hockey fans who hate newbies.

I think it's just that Mike Myers is a hockey and Leafs fan. The movie company probably asked the NHL is it alright to use NHL logos, names, etc. and the NHL said yes. Myers also wore a Leafs jersey in Goldmember too. In another Austin Powers movie the crawl at the bottom mentions the Leafs winning the Cup. Also he's been on Letterman professing his love the Leafs.

I'm very happy the NHL is changing it's schedule back to pre-lockout style.

I don't think the Wings made a splash at this trade deadline, but I'd have a hard time saying they were losers at the deadline. In the end it's just one man's opinion.

I've heard about this about authentic jerseys from nhl.com. It's a real shame the NHL is screwing fans like this. Well NBA Season started yesterday. This is the best thing going that I could find about it.

Both teams played well from what I could tell, and yeah the Wings are reeling from injuries. Still they'd be the first to tell us that's not an excuse. Also it's not like they're missing a player from their top line. The Wings' scoring prowess is missing in action. The Wings need to step it up a notch or two, because the teams they're playing against have. They will miss the playoffs at this rate. If they make it they will certainly lose without their scoring touch. It's a game like this they traditionally seem to lose in the playoffs too.

Yeah 400 was the slowest bullet speed and 100 was the fastest puck speed I found in in my brief search.
