ESPN announcers, with maybe the exception of Buccigross and Mullethead, along with its management come with an obvious anti-NHL bias. It's the main reason why I don't want the League to go back to the so-called "Sports Leader."

It's his opinion, and he's entitled to it. However, talking heads like Kornheiser are the reason why I avoid the "Entertainement Leader."

Doesn't surprise me. It's a shame he didn't try harder. BTW, shouldn't that be Red Wings Corner. I've been keeping with his blog with Google Reader so I was surprised to see the re-design tonight. I liked the old design of his blog better.

Yeah for tonight it was a goal, an assist, and a phantom goalie interference call. The two goals and a phantom goalie interference call is for the other night, and I read that one on, IIRC, MacLeod's blog. So credit goes to him for the Holmstrom Hat Trick.

No goal! This is making me mad. It's ridiculous that the NHL is specifically targeting Holmstrom like this. Kal and Woods said Homer was out and away from the goalie. The Wings organization needs to chat with the competition committee. Total and complete BS!

I gave up on the Yahoo feed. It was good, and the announcers were pretty good, even though they were from San Jose. The feed was getting choppy though, and I missed Ken Kal and Paul Wood too. Those guys totally rock IMO.

Yeah. The list could probably at least be expanded to 20. Physical hockey is great, but Johnson's kind of hit has no business in sports.
