I voted no, 91 should not be retired. In fact I can't think of a current or former Wing whose number should be retired.

Voted for the Bruins today over the Senators. One I like the simplicity of the Bruins logo. Two I don't get "hey we're senators so let's show a Roman warrior icon" mentality. What? The good news isthe Buffaslug was eliminated.

I agree with you on all points except the flying skate. I don't like that logo either. These are aboot as bad as the Sens logo in that the logo doesn't have anything to do wth team's nickname. What does a whale havta do with a Canuck? I think the Vancouver organization needs a new nickname.

They're OK to me. The C is too close to the VANCOUVER, but other than that, not that bad IMO. The home jerseys are better than the away ones. On the away ones just the sleeves are jacked up. Maybe they didn't need to put the VANCOUVER on there. Still for the Canucks, the new jerseys are outstanding.

I want a Red Wings baseball like what Kris Draper is wearing on the official site. BTW his real jersey I wouldn't mind buying either.

Today I voted for the Blackhawks over the Oilers. Blackhawks might have the second best logo in the League.

No, I'm not sure, but that's what it looks like to me. Today I voted for the Penguins, which are already losing to the Canadians. The NJ logo is dominating Carolina's. The Devils must have a lot of support or fans voting more than once. I personally think it's worse and duller than the Avalanche logo, which dead even with the Wild.

Is there a market-based fantasy league? I like those better than the ones where players are drafted.

The white part of the Colorado logo is a C.

Avalanche is out to an early lead over the Wild, which is the team I voted for today. It was a tough choice to be honest and objective aboot it. I'd say both are toward the top of mediocre logos.

The less text the better IMO. None > Tampa Bay > Tampa Bay Lightning.

I can't believe how many people like the Devils. I guess they won as many Cups in aboot the same amount of years as the Wings. Anyway I not only do I dislike the team, but also the logo. Voted for the Hurricanes today.

They've definitely improved over the last design by a long shot. Yzerfan1999 where do you see the numbers on the away jerseys? I looked on the site's photogallery and didn't see that.

The white sweater is OK. Not too fond of the black one. It'd be better if the dark jersey was blue IMO. Anyway that's my two cents on a team I care nothing aboot.

I am very glad the NHL doesn't have a negative story surrounding it now. It doesn't matter to me that the NHL isn't number one in the ratings, doesn't have the most fans, or whatever. IMO it's the best league going, and that's good enough for me. Now what hacks me off is when people ridicule it, put it down, or disparage it. Is it perfect? No. Could it be improved? Yes. Still it's the best going because it features the best sport, hockey. Don't get me wrong I do wish it was more popular, that it was featured more on the networks, etc. I get tired of what I consider substandard sports getting all the press, even if it negative.

Today I voted for the Shark over the Canucks. I didn't want to vote that way, b/c the Canucks are a Canadian team, but that organization needs to get it's act together as far as logo and jersey design go. Maybe a name change would do them good. Start fresh.

I dislike ESPN b/c it's lack of NHL coverage. When it does mention hockey it's usually negative. A Newsweek article said this ... "In recent years, networkwide, that balance has begun to tip unmistakenly toward the kind of athletic-centric idol worship that seems more like the province of Us Weekly than ESPN." That statement in undeniably true IMO. For the most part the network's anchors are boorish and annoying.

Today I voted for the Lightning logo. I've never been a big fan of the Flyers logo, nor colors. Now if the Lightning logo had Florida in it, I probably would have voted the other way.

Yeah I tend to avoid those too. I went though ... one guy was particulary funny. I'd show her, ugly sister meaning Kings logo, my love by not entering her in a beauty contest. iLOL Anyway I like the site logo. That's pretty cool.
