After the Wings won the Sharks series I really thought the Wings could take the Cup. Yes I was pessimistic after game 5, but going into tonight I still thought the Wings would win tonight and this series. Too bad I was right after game 5, instead of being right tonight. I really hope the Sens win the Cup.

I'm so f***in pissed off I can't even f***in see straight. f*** the Wings for not putting away the Ducks today or the last game. Shoulda, coulda, woulda. Should have won last game and today's game. Say goodnight Detroit hockey fans; the party is over. Too bad, so sad. Can't win the last two, no way they're gonna win the next one or the one after that. Yeah they did it in 2002, but this ain't '02. It's too bad the NHL allows cheats, J.S. Giguere, in the game, but it does.

I hate the Wings right now. Blown opportunity with Pronger out. Two blown 5-on-3 opportunities. Not to mention aboot five or six missed shots. Very disappointing.

Colin Campbell doesn't have the balls to suspend Pronger. I'd be more surprised if he was suspended than if he's not. Bob McKenzie is right ...

Good idea, but I agree that Homer wouldn't go for it. Still it was good to hear he was back out there. Besides even if the Wings did sit Homer to play up the illegal, cowardly, ruthless hits; the NHL is too mamby-pamby to send a real message that those kind of hits don't belong in the game.

Pronger and Niedermeyer should be out for the series, next series if applicable, and possibly the start of next season too.

I've been there since '03. I joined to get the ticket code which I used to score some pretty good seats that I don't know if I would have gotten had I not been a member there. The download section use to be real cool, now not so much.

He's made the owners money, which is why he's still employed as NHL commissioner. However, if you look up spin doctor or liar in Websters there will be a picture of Gary Bettman. To stand behind statements like today's he'd need to live in the Twilight Zone or Bizzaro World.

Use ESPN. I was tied to TSN, since they do have like way better hockey coverage, but then I had to update or download some special program to see the videos, and I was like buh-bye! Another reason I ditched TSN, besides just the video problem, was the posting of AP stories instead of CP stories. I already get the AP stories at MyWay, so why would I visit a TSN which is loaded with graphics which slow down your internet speed? Not that I'm on dial-up or anything, I'm just a speed demon, and MyWay is superfast since they don't have any graphic ads. BTW graphic ads is pretty much why I don't like Yahoo. Give me Google over Yahoo any day of the week. I mean I like Yahoo, especially for the groups, Google groups suck ass IMO. So yeah I'm really hoping Microsux doesn't buy Yahoo. I'd be depressed like for months if that happened.

Didn't see it, but what Thornton did doesn't belong in the game. If Campbell doesn't suspend him then fines should at least be levied.

I'm really digging this game. It's a lot of fun to watch. It's so non-stressful when you don't have a vested interest
