I am watching both CBC and VS, and there is a HUGE difference. Although there are many haters of both, the cbc broadcast seems to appeal to the more advanced hockey fan by analyzing plays along with situations, while the VS crew talks about the top 10 plays of the week and other crap like that.. hardly anything about the game being played. Its really painful watching vs. (although i hate how cbc is so biased towards the canadian teams)

Hey, im goin to the game tonight and i got a couple of octopi, and im jsut wondering if anyone has ever thrown one onto the ice? do you know if you get kicked out of the game right away? is it worth it?

no i didnt get to throw it on the ice. I went all over metro detroit trying find octopus.. no place had it!! So i called information like 50 times finding a sea shop or a fish market, I was even debating whether to look in a pet store. I couldnt find it anywhere. BUT.. there is a chance that i will go game 3... and now i know where to get it (they were out at the store that I finally at 7:00 found and therefore missed the first 3 minutes of the game because it was so far away from the joe) so be ready!

Ok well the plan as of right now is to throw it towards the end of the game.. maybe in the last five minutes if they are winning.. to get it in i plan on a plastic bag taped to my inner thigh.. me and my buddy are both going to have one (we will also be painted half white and half red) and we are sitting in the upper bowl so we will have to get down lower so we dont come up short and hit anyone in the stands. But i think that once we get to our seats we will untape them and put htem under our seats... i think people around us will understand the smell.. we are not going to boil them or anything.. just maybe bring some axe or somthing to cover up the smell a little bit. The only problem is if they are not winning/ getting blown out. If that happens i dont want to throw it but it will be such a hassel to bring them in and stuff i wont know what to do! and i dont want to throw it at the beginning because if i do and i get kicked out there goes $100 down the drain
