I hope we get to see Weiss step out of the doghouse and become that second line center everyone was hoping he would be. I wouldnt mind to see more physical players in the lineup. I do expect to see even more kids come up from GR. -
I think a Dion/Kronwall pairing would be great. In all honesty, he is rather alone back there, so it is not too difficult for the opponents to figure out who is going to quarterback the PP.

I did not say Marchenko should sit bc he is -3, I said he should sit bc he is out of position more often than not. Yes he is but I'm not sure he should because you say so. -
This would be such a mistake, and just like with shootouts people would be really excited at first, only to realize that the big ice surface will only take away what makes hockey exciting. It slows the game down considerably. Goals is not what makes hockey exciting it is the intensity and the scoring chances.

For next game I would like to see Howard and Smith in the lineup. Howard is more experienced than Mrazek and I think Marchenko is out of position more times than not. It is hardly a coincidence that his -3 is worst on the team. -

I dont think Babcock's decision to re-sign or not will be a financial one. It will be about how much influence he wants and what type of challenge he is looking for. Detroit will match any reasonable figure imo. But I do think that Babs would like more roster influence than Holland gives him currently. I also think he might be looking for a new challenge but then again it would mean sacrificing stability and moving his family.
