Chelios 850k Williams 450k Datsyuk 2.5 Zetterberg 2.5 6.3m no way that would ever happen What I heard a few days ago is that the salary is not the issue, it's the contract length, and that Datsyuk wants 2.5 for two years, while Holland wants to get 3 or 4. Zetterberg shouldn't be paid more than Dats (He's been in the league a shorter time and has not posted the numbers Datsyuk has.), so 2.5 is the most he'd get. Makes sense

I actually wanna see Lindros come to Detroit if he doesnt get paid much ... Hes big and was just an absolute force back in the day ... People might say that oh one hit to the head and hes dead but i think the odds of that (after it happening a lot already) are quite low ... i doubt hell get injured in the head again
