Its the D that burned us, imho. They barely handled Getzlaf in the Anaheim series and made the Pens look dangerous on practically every single rush. The Wings definitely must get tougher on D

Babs should take his lumps on this one. He was borderline obsessed with the matchups during the road games. this completely negated our depth. failure to achieve anything in Pittsburgh led us to this fateful Game 7 where *anything* could happen.

Bro... I hate *both* teams, but despite their miscomings the Sens have *GOBS* more talent than the current Leafs. If Murray can get his stars to waive their NTCs, he'll have tonnes of tradeable assets to boot. exactly how does this make the Leafs in better shape?

Man, this issue has me worked up so friggen bad... I would LOVE to see another Canadian franchise... but definitely not one decided upon by a Bankrupcy Court judge. So if the Habs owner declares bankrupcy, should the Courts decide to whom the Franchise should be sold or relocated to??

No matter how well Huds plays, he's hardly the checking-line type. If anything, Babs will keep Hudler in the lineup just to be available for the PP. kinda negates the 4th line tho, imho. I hope Babs doesn't split Zata and Datsyuk... let Bylsma get all wound up worrying about the matchups. Our Wings should have decent rest-up for Tuesday's game. all the pressure will be on the Pens.

I usually abhor threads like these... but Crosby is blatently revealing a pattern for two-handed slashes. who cares if its a frustration or retaliatory play... it's a dangerous, uncool reactionary move for any player *including* superstars. I firmly believe the Kid thinks he's impervious to a misconduct call.

crazy... it took this deep into the Cup finals for Babs to get his lines right! Granted it sure is a luxury to have Datsyuk back. I would slot Abby in Hudler's spot in Gm 6. Save Huds for Gm 7 if needed.

If Dats is indeed back, I hope Babs can concentrate more fully in rolling his lines... instead of wasting so much energy trying to match Z against Crosby.
