noooo kidding! i say this in a nice way- but take it outside guys. I believe the cop was doing his job the right way. It doesnt matter if you are a block away from where you live, its the fact that you drove there from where ever you were. but once you refuse the breathalizer, its over. cheli was definately pretty tipsy and driving was a dumb thing for him to do. the cop was trying to be liberal with everything but Cheli was just too impaired. i almost think the cop felt bad for Cheli but the law wins. and then to throw in that, i have four kids and i am chris chelios gig hoping for a break hurt him more. however, i think the cop didnt really let it bother him. it doesnt matter who you are, you drive impaired and get caught, you are gonna get the punishment for it. and those who think they wont ever get caught, i hope you wise up.
