Pavel is small but he can deliver a hit now and again. He seems nice in his interviews but I've seen him get pissed off a couple times, especially in the playoffs. To see him landing a couple punches...my chest almost burst from pride.

I wrote to tons of NFL players as a kid and ironically, being a Redskins fan, the only player who ever wrote me back was Troy Aikman. He sent me a signed photo which I still have framed today. I hate the Cowboys but respected him as a QB and treasure it for him taking the time to write a 6 year old back with an autograph. -

I think everyone here is in agreement that Lilja is being groomed for the position. -
Eh I don't mind him coming back though if he retired I would be glad to give a younger guy a shot. My only hope is that he doesn't try to stay so long that the Wings have to tell him not to come back.

Epic match though it would have been better if they could see the ball at the end. I am no tennis fan but I watched the last hour. I had to chuckle, the only reason I knew what was going on was all the years of playing Mario Tennis on N64.

Glad to see I'm not the only person who religiously checks the PPG status of these two. My thought is yes, this is the year they get over the hump. -
They're one of 20 finalists for the trophy. They got their bump tonight. It's obviously going to be Boston. There's not much arguing about that right now with the Patriots, Red Sox and Celtics.
