Haha. Blame the refs. Calls went against the Blues at first, and then make-up calls. Perron high sticked in first, Kariya held badly no call, Jackman crosschecked during wings pp and Tkachuk tripped up in third too. All that, and finally some breaks with the non-interference call and brewes crosscheck. Can u imagine if Wings got pps on that after those 4 non calls on wings? damn. Blues came out physical and did more than their typical 2-2-1. They were skating fast with 2nd forechecker pouncing in when he had to and right on wings. So many battles won tonight, both loose pucks, and open pucks on boards. I was frustrated after McClement missed easy goal . Blues went 6 games with having lead in 5 of those games and never getting two-goal lead. Tonight, they didn't get the two-lead lead, but were able to hold on for a win. Very frustrating at first to blow 2-goal lead opportunity, but glad Blues beat those guys from Detroit again. I laughed at Babcock, and why?? Well, because Backes did exactly what Holmstrom has done for years. Holmstrom was in the crease again and again bumping goalies for years, and tonight Backes got away with it just as Holmstrom has so many times. That was awesome. Blues win.

He's the best bowler on the Wings! Last night (Monday) the Wings had a bowling night in St. Louis. Hudler won, shooting a 183. I heard this on XM Home Ice today.

Wings jumped to a 2-goal lead. Good guys came back and won 4-3.

I'll get into St. Louis next week Wednesday afternoon. Blues play @ JLA that night. I talked to Punches and he said he's down for going to a bar for the game. We're having this discussion on Wings' board.

The Wings had so many oddman rushes too. Blues too, but it went both ways. Legace just came out big. Normally, a few of those would have gone in and it would have been a very different game folks. I was so pissed after Legace's first period but he came up huge. How often do you see a goalie finish with a great game after allowing two weak goals in period one? All the pressure on you after the weaks ones, with no room for error, and he was solid. Fun win but I'm looking forward to next Wednesday too. I'll get into St. Louis just in town to watch the game from JLA. go blues jack J adams (ignore the T).

Still laughing? The Boys with the Bluenote on their chest come away with the win and it feels so good. Fun game, tons of oddman breaks and that is an understatement. Legace saved the Blues many times in the second, despite his horrid first period. It was fun for me. Crowd really into it. OSGOOOOOOOOOOOOD!! I left work early today because I was so excited. Blues- Wings are all always great games. Hopefully this win will help you guys to hate the Blues more because the hatred on this side is great enough for a great rivalry. I'm trying to get this game on but the Center Ice I ordered 3 weeks ago isn't working. Just got off the phone with them, and they had me unplugging things and what not to restart it but still no luck. The manager is supposed to call me back...

Ducks (more of a name and no logo, similar to DALLAS)

I think you just embarrassed yourself with your response. I wasn't even talking big s*** and you respond as if the Wings are God's gift to hockey. One of the great things about being at the draft was hanging out with tons of people who have a passion for hockey and respected people for that as opposed to disrespecting people b/c of their teams.

As if Legace was the reason the Wings got knocked out in the first round. A lot of skaters didn't show up and they ran into a hot team. Bring it on. Kariya in a Bluenote......HELL YA!!!!!!!!!

The Blues are back.....back in the playoffs where they belong. I've been at my computer since 11 a.m. and finally something happened more than 12 hours later. Kariya, Tkachuk back, healthy McKee, Erik Johnson, and Andy Murray from the get-go. I'm excited already.

It never made it on the ice. Mike Keenan refused to let the players wear those awful jerseys. Best thing Mike did in St. Louis.

The biggest difference will be a healthy Jay McKee and Erik Johnson on the blueline, and of course having Andy Murray from the start of the season.

Some players will be paid $3.5 + million more for 20 more points.

It seems like people either love or hate the Sabres uniforms. I like the color scheme but not the logo. I think it is middle of the road.

One thing I like about the Flames is how BIG their logo is on the jersey. Having said that, I like the white C for whatever reason. I guess b/c it is old school.
