Yeah and the funny thing about that is, team rosters and organizations change from year to year. Imagine that.

Please...now you're just being a homer. The Sharks are the best team in the league and the talk of the league is how much they have changed. McLellan has done wonders for this team. This isnt a team that is riding by on talent anymore. They're working hard and playing strong at every position - if anything, the roles are reversed and the Wings are the ones getting by on talent.

The way Rafalski just "accepted" that pass was a prime example of whats wrong. The pass is a good three feet from his stick, he stands still, fumbles with it trying to control it, and by the time he does the Sharks forward has got him covered, checked, and the puck is taken away.

Thats what I don't understand - so far the only guys Babs has "sent a message to" are Hudler and Maltby. Hudler gets demoted and Maltby gets scrtached, yet neither of those players are even close to being a big problem for us. If anything, they've both been pleasant surprises.

We can't - no cap space. Thats why Holland needs to do the right thing and trade Lebda. Seriously, thats one guy you can trade and be sure that his absence won't come back to haunt us.

Thats actually a good point. At what stage do you finally say "enough is enough with the loyalty advantage" and start playing your best players regardless of age and experience? You'd have to imagine that issue is going to come up if the Wings don't get back on track. Its easy to let the guys play when you're cruising through the season, but this team needs a shakeup.

Yeah I was one of those. But he did look like Robert Lang in the first 4 games or so. Temporally speaking, it was justified. Especially after Hossa just let his man score the tying goal..
