Trade Samuelsson for Neil while Samuelsson is putting up points, and balance it out however you have to. At least in my ideal world. A team in need of a bruiser trades for a team that could use some fortification at every position and could use a little scoring depth. Neil makes 1.1 and is unrestricted at seasons end. I think he means the call preceding the ones that put us 5 on 3. Its not so much, IMO, that the calls are getting made against us - they are fairly legit calls - its just that their timing is impeccable. For example, the call on Datsyuk is a type of play that happens several times a game and is let go on both sides, yet they always seem to make an effort to make a call right after we score. But in my mind, it all has to do with how we slack off after we score a goal. If you're running around in your own zone, the refs are gonna be more inclined to make the call. That plays into things a lot..

I almost want to say its been biased, but its always hard to tell when you've got the homer glasses on in terms of reffing. Its just that the refs have been incredibly generous in giving our opponents 5 on 3s right after we've taken a lead lately.

Does anyone have any stats in terms of how many 3 on 5s we've had to handle so far? Seems like at least half our games so far have featured a 3 on 5 against.
