Wings look tired. No one to blame but themselves, really. Should've finished off the Ducks series in Game 6 instead of sleepwalking through it, and gotten themselves a couple extra days of rest. -
Zettereberg's number one assignment in this series wasn't to score goals. And yet he put up more points in this series than everyone sans Franzen, if I'm not mistaken. As a NON Red Wings fan said last night after the game "Franzen gets the goals, but Zetterberg is the Conn Smythe winner." That says it all right there. He comes up just as big as Mule does, at BOTH ends of the ice. His defensive work last night makes you wonder why HE isnt the one winning the Selkes each year.

The way Getzlaf played against the Wings was better than Crosby or Malkin. Kane, Toews, and Havlat are good, but I can't see anyone dominating the way Getzlaf did against us. The only thing that worries me about Chicago is their PP versus our PK. Other than that, Khabi has been giving up soft goals, and after facing the Ducks D, the Hawks D could feel like a breeze.
