Actually, it started before that. When the Wings stole the Ducks momentum when they couldn't score on a 1:10 minute 5 on 3. -

As far as I'm concerned, the OP is questioning whether or not Filppula is a poor finisher. Hes not suggesting hes the reason we're losing a few games. And on that note, yes, Filppula is a poor finisher.

Hahaha thats ridiculously on point. At any rate, while I agree Homer (among others) needs to contribute, its pretty easy to see why hes not. 1. Our shots from the point have been blocked 2. Hiller gives up nasty rebounds that actually work to his benefit by nature of the fact that they end up 20 feet in front of the net instead of 2.

Filppula and Hudler are doing MORE than their fair share. Hossa and Datsyuk need to step up. They get the 1st line minutes. They need to at least produce like top sixers. The fact that Hudler and Cleary are 2 of our 4 top scoring forwards right now says all we need to know about the playoffs thus far.

You mean the guy that saw barely a handful of shifts in last nights game, and in that short span, got the primary assist on the only goal we scored? You mean the guy that scored the GWG in Game 5? You mean the guy that has more points that Holmstrom, Filppula, Datsyuk, Samuelsson, Kronwall and Hossa? You mean the 4th highest scoring forward on this team, with the 9th most ice time? Yeah - Detroit clearly needs to trade Hudler. What a bucket full of fail.

On a side note, I agree with what everyone else has been saying about Getzlaf. You simply can't take anything away from the guy - hes phenomenal. Hes worth more to the Ducks right now than either of Crosby or Ovechkin are worth to their team. Getzlaf IS the Ducks offense. And he does what he wants.
