I have never seen such a complete ******* over by the refs. I bet they knew how they were going to call this game from the puck drop, and so they gave the Wings the PP in the first 5 minutes just to make it look legit on the scoresheet. What a ******* joke. I cant say enough. Worst officiated game Ive EVER seen in my life. EVER. No penalties, called off goals, deflections against us, called off icings. Wow.

That s*** is ******* bulls***. If I were a ref, and a coach started bitching about me, I'd call as even a game as possible (which the refs clearly havent tonight), just to show that I cant be swayed by anyone elses opinions.

Both teams have been average tonight, if you dont look at the goaltending. This game is perfect example why goaltending sometimes IS the difference. Thats the only difference between these teams tonight.

It hasnt been a physical game, other than Datsyuk taking out Glencross, and Franzen taking out Moss from behind. Oh yeah, and the good check from Hossa on Phaneuf to create space for Datsyuk to score the goal. Otherwise, our offense was stifled, Calgary's defense was good. Neither teams offense was great, and all of Calgarys goals were weak.

Changing the lines did wonders for our offense. Calgary was stifling us with weaklings like Sammy and Cleary up there.

Well, the energy definitely increased after the goalie change. Good to see us end the period on a good note. Datsyuk HAS to get MVP consideration.

Hossa's hit on Phaneuf *could* have been called, but it was borderline. Surprised it wasnt though.
