They're not really in consideration, but I was just watching the Wings/Vancouver series from 02 on youtube, and my god was that Wings team loaded. Many were past their prime, but there were so many hall-of-famers on that roster, it's just incredible.

If they were actually changing it, I would think it would be the full center ice logo (just removing Hockeytown), not two. The two logo center ice is kind of out of date, I think the only team that still has that is Montreal?

I agree 100%. There's nobody worth throwing money at just for the sake of signing a free agent. Roll with what we got and wait until the trade deadline and get more bang for your buck. As it stands right now, this team still competes for the Presidents Trophy.

My god, people ***** about everything here. What exactly did you think would happen? The Wings have hardly any capspace, they can't afford to waste it. Hudler is a damn fine player, but he's replaceable. Samuelsson amd Kopecky are garbage, and Conklin is a back-up goalie. The only loss that really stings is Hossa, and this team did win the cup without him. If they throw money at fourth liner now, it will give you something more to ***** about when they can't make any moves at the trade deadline.

Booing him would be completely retarded. The way I see it, he did us a favor by signing with the Wings. He owes the Wings nothing, and we all knew he probably wasn't going to be re-signed when when he signed with the Wings. Sure he wasn't clutch in the playoffs, but he sure as hell didn't hurt.

It opened in 1968. Why the Knicks and Rangers both still play there as opposed to getting new arenas, I'm not really sure. I'm not very familiar with their situation.
