I think he's been our best player this series. He's been giving 110% every shift. Also, I've been very happy with Lilja's play since late in the regular season. Great turn around as far as his play has gone.

I think we really need to make a move, but Holland is playing it smart as of right now. -
I wouldn't complain. But I'd prefer Bertuzzi or Guerin first.

The only strong point for Lang is that he's shown up in the playoffs. But I'm still for this trade.

We've needed a strong guy that can clear the crease for years now. Souray fits the bill. We can also put him on the point on the PP, he has a rocket for a shot and knows what he's doing, unlike Williams. If the Habs made this offer, I say take it and free up the 1.4 million (Plus whatever Hudler is making). With that extra cash we can look at some of the UFA/RFAs or save it for the deadline. This trade makes sense on many levels.

What I like about this trade is- 1-Souray is big and actually uses his size. 2-We get 1.4 million dollars+ worth of cap space. But, I do like Lang... I wouldn't be mad either way.

Really don't see how that help things fos us...Manny at this point is better than Kolzig and about 4 million dollars cheaper.Then we have to sign Pillar.Getting Kolzig and dropping Manny puts us at about $35,090,000.Then we have to sign Datsyuk and Pillar with about $3,910,000 left.Yeah...makes sense....
