Yeah check out how many of the Detroit fans that didn't have a chance to go to a game in this series and absolutely puked with the homer pens commentating. Dats has not been in the lineup the whole series. What happens if he can go for game 3?? So the Wings get to counter Malkin or Crosby on two different lines and the Wings have 2 lines left? The Pens can't counter the Wings 3rd and 4th lines. Deal with that. That's why the Wings are up 2-0. That's why the Pens can never win without the help of Bettmen.

Was basically asked about why he chose Detroit. Kind of paraphrased but he basically said there is a misunderstanding as to why he chose the Wings over the Pens. Said he wanted to go to Detroit to be on a competitive team but to also learn from experienced players and learn how a winning system works. Never heard that before. Thought it was an interesting new angle. Pretty much obvious, but nice to hear it from Hossa.

Found some suite tickets on ticketbastard and was wondering if anyone knows if they are handicap accessible. My buddy uses a power scooter so regular seats aren't an option. Did the prices come down on tickets? I got through Thursday morning and they wanted $455 for one ticket in the handicap areas (which I think is completely wrong).

lol you just convinced me to take a solo run (never been to a game solo before) but screw it (how many opportunities do you get in your life to watch your favorite team play in the finals??). And yes, I get to check this puppy off my list too. Been to rounds 1,2 and 3, but never the finals so I so stoked to go. GO WINGS!!!!

Yeah every one talks about the depth of the Wings, but very few of those journalist really know the true depth of the Wings. How many players have been called up to take spots in crucial positions? Umm that would be Helm, Big E, Leino, and Abdelkader? Babs commented at the beginning of the season that there were at least a couple guys that had to be sent down do to the cap, and that they would have made the roster on any other team. That's depth. That's how you can role 4 lines. Rolling 4 competitive lines will almost always win.

There was a presale for the 2nd round that was only available to Michigan, Northern Ohio, and Windsor residents. Hopefully that will apply for the finals too. I still get some presale passwords from hockeytown.com so if I get one I will pass it along.

If the Wings can pull up another Stanley I really don't think that Ozzie could be easily be passed over. Yeah Malkin and Crosby have been putting up the points, but Ozzie has been so reliable and consistent.
