Yeah, not going to complain about this trip. Did anyone notice how the linesmen were blocking some of the outs by the Wings. Wow when I saw a linesmen block the puck on a clear and saw him kick it back into the D zone, I knew the Wings were going to lose. Gotta say the Nucks D did a great job though.

Another solid game tonight. The D is playing well and the 3rd and 4th lines are playing well as well. Conks played solid and Koper is spawning from Homer and Franzen's play in front of the net.

Won't be able to make that game. I have an extra banner from opening night, so if someone would like to trade that banner for that ring then PM me.

Finally 60 minutes of RW hockey. Wow, our top line didn't even have a point. Almost every Oiler was -1 for the game. Nice not to have a nail biter for once.

Wow the thought crossed my mind last night after the Wings won that Melrose might get the hook. What sweet revenge for the Wings after this guy has been bashing the Wings for so many years. Yes, there is a God.

Malts played a great game, but I also thought that Drapes had a good game too.

I've been looking for awhile on a video that was aired on NHL2Night that showed a game that I think was against the Canucks and the Avs. Some Canucks player got nailed with a puck in the face and there was some Avs fan in the crowd that gave him cramp. Later on in the game, that same player was on the ice when a puck went over the glass and hit that same Avs fan in the face and the Canucks player started giving him crap. It was hilarious.

I was visiting my brother in CA and had gone to Big Bear for some snowboarding that day with his roomate . Made him leave early so that we could watch that game because I knew something was going to happen. He bitched at me the whole way back from Big Bear because he didn't really care about the game. He thanked me for dragging him back as he said it was the best hockey game that he had ever seen in his life (that guy was originally from MI and had watched way more Wings games than I had at that time). Easily the best game in the Wings history.

Wow, Ozzie was the Ozzie he was last year. The D played tight and Hossa is becoming my favorite player on this team. Ouch, gotta wait a whole week without a Wings game.

Wow. Thought I was used to the bad calls anytime the Wings play a team from Canada, but this was one of the worst called games that I have ever seen. Yeah the D played sloppy again but the refs ruled this game. Not sure how the boys in Toronto could have called that goal when it was at the least 2 inches over the crossbar. If I were Mike, I would take the fine.

Stupid DVR cut off with 3 minutes left in the game. Was able to watch the post game to see Franzen's GWG. The Wings looked way better than the last game but there is a lot of room for improvement. The lines still aren't clicking but when they do it's gonna be sick.

I'm pretty sure that he did not announce any of the goals in the game. Heard him announcing some advertisement or something like that but that was probably recorded.

Loudest crowd at the Joe that I have ever been at (wow those Leafs fans are just nuts). These lines rarely played in preseason so chemistry still needs to happen. Give these lines a few more games and things are going to get much better.

Just got back from the game and that was by the craziest and loudest game I have ever been to at the Joe. There were more Leafs fans in my section (226B) than Wings fans. The Canadian anthem was about 10 times louder than the US anthem and when the Leafs scored the the last five rows of the upper bowl were completely blue jerseys. It was just crazy but it was a blast despite the Wings losing the game.

Hell Yeah. This is gonna be the first opening game and first SC Banner Ceremony that I have ever been to. Man just waiting for this full roster to play together for the first time. GO WINGS!!!!!

That FZH line really dominated. Wow think about when we get that line rolling with the HDH line. That is going to be lethal Franzen looks very confident. Not sure why everyone is getting down on Conklin. He really didn't have a chance of saving any of those goals. So looking forward to seeing the full lineup play.

Um are you referring to Ken Daniels?? I think he's a native of Canada but I never noticed any weird accent, but maybe that's because I've been listening to him for so long

Nice to finally watch the Wings play. Helm was just a monster tonight. Reminds of Draper a lot. Man the Wings and Habs have to play more often. That game was fun to watch considering it's just a preseason game.

Looking forward to seeing Ken & Mick again. Anyone know if there is a HD broadcast?

Watched the vid several times (wtf, was looking for a video feed on this but had to resort to the radio). It was a clean hit. Man I hope he makes the 4th.
