Absolutely agree that Pavs should have won it this year for regular season play (yeah I was one of the first posters on this thread to call it as well) ..... but Hank will be getting a closer eye this coming season with his efforts on that incredible 5-3 kill in game 4 against the Pens. That was absolutely amazing.

Looking forward to seeing the picture with all of the trophies awarded from this season together.

Respectfully disagree with you about how Madden should have won the Selke. The best +/- in the league and the top in takeaways plus leading the team in points for the regular season (Crap with those stats he should have been in the final 3 for the Hart)? That just kind of screams Selke. Yeah I do not think he will be nominated for the LB next season based on how he really finished his checks in the playoffs, which is probably a good thing to look forward to next season

Obviously agreed that Lid's number will be retired Ozzie ... If he can lead to a repeat this year, then yes. Feds ... Um if he finishes out his career with the Wings and gets the CS then maybe. Shanny .. see Feds Drapes ... Man I think that he is the hardest and easiest at times to consider. Only time will tell.

Not sure utorrent is gonna work because the file structure of the DVD I made is like the file structure of a DVD movie with IFO, VOB and BUP files. Any thoughts. Remember that the DVD of the parade is about 4 hours long with all of pre parade coverage (I edited out all of the commercials and believe me there were a lot of commercials)

Finished up editing the parade on the DVR and got it on to a DVD. Quality isn't that great for a majority of it but that's what you get when you are recording a broadcast that is 5 hours long. I have two files as the DVR filled up but I recorded the part of the parade when it was live and had to edit it so where the recording stopped it picks up again with second file. Gonna go with yzefan's instructions so wish me luck.

Thanks for letting me know. Guess I will just be patient until I can get that shirt. Yeah the red version is cool, but I would rather get that shirt in black. Looked online a well and I have yet to see it.

Ozzie was just amazing this last season the whole way through. He should have been nominated for the Vezina as many of us have suggested. He's a product of this organization. Kind of feel bad that he is being paid so little over his new contract for what he did. He changed his style to become more of a butterfly goalie and we obviously saw what has come of that. Honestly was not sad when Hasek came in for 2002 and forced him out, but I think Ozzie ended showing who he really is in the end. Awesome story without a doubt.

Picked up the grey Champions shirt a couple days ago. Gonna get the red shirt with the Wings logo on the front and the roster on the back (man wish they made that shirt in black as well). My brother got me the Free Press Red Wings edition paper (picked up the last one in my area). I will wait till Blockbuster has the DVD. Biggest thing on my list is tickets for opening night for the 2008-2009 season to watch the banner presentation.

I setup my DVR to record the Channel 4 broadcast but for some reason the station ran an infomercial instead so I am going to record the FSN rebroadcast tomorrow on my DVR, edit it to take out the commercials and throw it on to DVD. If somebody can explain to me how to get it from the DVD to make a torrent I am all ears.

I believe it's 41 regular season games or 1 game in the SCF meaning DMac will get his name on the Cup because he played in that game the Homer was out. Stevie will get his name on the Cup because he is part of the Wings management

Anyone know how far of a walk it is from Cobo to Hart Plaza? I was thinking about parking in Greektown and taking the people mover to Cobo and then walking from there to Hart Plaza.

2002 Wings with out a doubt. The 2008 club should pull a close second. Just a very well team that was put together and coached.
