Now is that contact made by body or stick because I've seen more goals squeak through when the contact is with the stick, as compared to body contact. It's too vague, perhaps...

I'm over the fact that it's 1-1 but look at the non-goal for Buffalo, the puck was in but they reviewed that if went off of a glove when the guy made a shooting motion with his stick and didn't swat the puck in with his glove, which that rule is supposed to prevent. This tying "goal" tonight missed the forest for the trees, yeah it was in but it went illegally, which the review is supposed to prevent. The NHL really makes wonder sometimes...

I know the game's done but I'm talking about how it's weird how the review system is inconsistent. I guess if it's a Canadian team it goes their way if it's a team full of Canadian golden boys it goes their way too...

The ref might have seen it on his pads. But look at the Buffalo non-goal last night--the puck was clearly in the net but the video review "determined" it went in illegally off of this glove. How is this any different?

I know the game is over but... To me the point of a video review is to get the call right. What I don't understand is, why have a two part system? Some calls are reviewable, some are not. I say if you're going to use video review, in an effort to make the right call let them all be subject to review. The reason the refs missed the fact that Rob N. pushed the Dom in the net is because they were looking to see if the puck was over the line or not. The video, showing the goalie was pushed in should then have veto power. The human element is still there making the judgment, it's just a more informed call.

He was pushed into the net and if you think he lost this game and/or he sucks it shows how really dumb you are buddy.
