I don't think that Bert has been playing like he has for us a bit ago. He just doesn't seem to be the same. He's not going to the net too hard and not having too many hits. My friends a nd family are all over me about his play since I'm a huge Bertuzzi fan and I just want to know if there is anything wrong with him. I hear that Calder may have a broken hand and that Bertuzzi may be playing with an injury too, but does anyont know what it is? I'm not expecting him to be the hero of the playoffs or series, but he looks like somethings not right. At first he started a lil slow but he was then hitting a lot, now he might have one big hit it seems a game. I really hope he gets better and we can resign him to see him play his A game, even if it's not what it was in Vancouver.

I'm even more excited now with all the good feedback...I'm not gonna be able to sleep!!! lol

LOL Bert Regaining his game The Det News sees Bert differently than ESPN

Bert didn't play his best but neither did any other wings besides Dom really after the Sharks scored. We could have easily lost by more if Dom didn't make some big saves. With the rest of the team disappearing after the Sharks goal I'm not suprised he looked lost, he looked like everyone else. He has had a few really good games, I'm not gonna jump ship because the team played bad and Bert joined in. Hopefully the Wings will come to play 60 minutes next game. I think Bert will come around, unfortunately if he or any player for that matter doesn't have a team to back him they are not going to excel in a game, especially a player like Bert, being big does have a speed barrier.

How do you guys get these pics together like that! I sit there and try to cut around a person to paste it in another background but it just come out choppy, like the edges of the cut out are jagged. I don;t use photoshop so maybe that has something special to extract an image from a whole pic. but all of you pics look great and when i try to get one together it definetely looks like it was cut and pasted. if you ave any tips let me know!!!

I don't thnk this has anything to do with toughness...we don't even know when he really got the concussion. I'm gonna support him. I really don't think he's adding crap to stay out and soak it up. He's been out for a while and still may not be in tip top shape with being out so long. He'll get it together and show us what he can do. It's funny how fast people jump on and off the band wagon!!! Give him a chance...He's played a handful of games, that's it!!!
