Funny story: I was dozing off in my history class about an hour ago and I don't know if it was a dream or what but I saw a flash of something saying we'd signed someone for two years. I just figured it was Pavs. Good for Kopay. I hope he earns it.

Met Gordie when he had a resturant here in TC. Not there any more though. He's a really nice guy. I convinced him to elbow me (lightly of course)

People were talking to him and he kind of just stared at them like 'whatever'. Willy said that his squad had just gotten their asses kicked, so that was probably why he was in a bad mood. Yep, Oz still in his PJs. Too cute. He held open the door to the arena for Lids, and then waited a few seconds and held it open for a group of chicks...who then proceeded to do a double take when they realized who it was. He's a sweetie.

I think I've met most, if not all of the current roster (minus Calder and Bert obviously), most of the Griffns, and I've met Stevie, Manny, Shanny, and a few other former Wings. The ones that stand out as really nice guys are Homer, Ozzy, Kronner, Lebda, Hank, and Maltby. Brett Lebda and Darryl Bootlland are two of the nicest, most gracious guys you'll ever meet. Stevie was really quiet and humble when I met him, but somone said something about the Leafs and he started cracking jokes about them. Chelly is just as grumpy as you would think, but he's still a really nice guy. And Homer is just as hilarious as you would think. I've never really had a bad encounter with any Wing...the only one who was even a smidge rude was Cleary. He came off as kind of a jerk, but Willy was right there and kind of gave us a disclaimer that that he comes off that way to everyone (even his teammates) and that it's just his personality.
