yeah, they will. i just wish it didn't take 20 to 40 minutes for the wings to get into the game every night.

jesus christ, detroit with 10 giveaways in the first. pathetic. babs even commented on how much we're turning the puck over, especially at our blue line, after the boston game. obviously he hasn't addressed it with the team yet.

on the plus side, kronwall looks a little better tonight. still a few times he's been out of possition, but better passing. evidently that rule only applies to goalies with out the winged wheel on their chests.

now that we have calder why doens't the second line just dump and chase. lang can't bring the puck in across the line to save his life.

i'm glad, hopefully dats doesn't come with as big of a price tag as we're expecting, and hopefully it's long term.

i don't know if i'd consider this a rivalry just yet, at least not nearly to the extent that colorado used to be. i will say this, though, there isn't a team i'd rather beat or a team i hate losing to more than the preds. i get more pumped up for preds wings than any other wings matchup by far right now. if these teams can stay strong for a few more years and especially if they meet in the playoffs, then this will be a good rivalry, especially because we're in the same division.

i'm sure you're right. what a shame. we've got calder now who can pk, though, and we're getting franzen z and cleary, all who can pk pretty well. i feel like maltby's our odd man out. but i'm sure you're right, if for no other reason than maltby's been with us for so long.

i agree, if it hadn't been for the penalty trouble, the wings would have dominated the second half of the game.

i agree, i usually hate to complain about refs (especially in a win!!) but they were terrible tonight. i feel the last few games, actually, the refs have been favoring our opposition.

how did dats get an assist on flips goal?? oh well, i'm glad he got the point, but flip was the first wing to touch it after the preds had it??

can somebody post what babs says after the game? i have center ice and can't watch. i'd be interested if he makes any comments about the officiating.

calder lang and hudler were great, obviously. dats line looked 10 times better as soon as flip replaced sammy (hopefully permanently til z is back). huds and flip have been great on scoring lines, this is good for our future. refs sucked!!!!
