yeah, he looks slow out there. but he looked good against the kings i thought. maybe he aggrivated it last game at some point. i remember he went off balance and went down kinda weird on his right leg after making a seemingly routine glove save vs. the kings. i don't know.

wow, what a s***ty period. detroit loves to play like crap against bad teams, i don't know what it is. i still don't get the hype about kronwall. he's a turnover machine and he's out of possition constantly. schneider and lang both look like s*** as usual (oh, yeah, lilja too). terrible give away by dats and even worse for kronwall rushing for the puck and giving up the 2 on 1. man, i'm just pissed! can you tell?

let's hope so, i hope datsyuk gets 28 more points today so he can take over the scoring lead.

god, lebda is fast! i just watched the replay of his goal last night and it looks like he's in fast forward. he blows people by. http://www.nhl.com/nhl/app?service=page&page=Video ivanans and lebda got started at the same point in detroit's zone (actually ivanans was ahead) and lebda flew by ivanans so fast ivanans literally stopped skating (granted, ivanans is huge and slow, and lebda's trajectory around the back of dom's net probably garnered him a bit more speed to start, but still...). imagine if datsyuk or zetterberg had lebda's speed! :rockstar: * more useless observations and posturings.

another nail-biter tonight. the wings made it tougher than they had to on themselves, but the got the w, so that's all that matters. good to see us winning in ot, too. dats looked great, lebda too. lilja wasn't too bad. i thought schneider looked pretty bad out there, and kronwall looked especially terrible tonight. anyway, it was a fun game to watch. i love it when we win close games that go down to the wire, so exciting!

i hear ya, hey, he deserves the accolades. i'd like to see 4 0n 4 for 5 minutes, and then 3 0n 3 for five minutes, myself. i think that'd be fun to watch. obviously still a somewhat arbitrary conclusion to a game, but it has more to do with hockey ( a team sport) than the shootout.
