Rechlicz is 22, decent size 6'4 220 but he has no hands whatsoever. He's been working with the Islanders for a couple years now specifically to become their full time enforcer. He is a good skater and hitter and will fight anyone but he has some work to do before he can hang with top NHL heavies

just the fact that he's 22 years old and put up 48 points in the pros last year gives him a significant advantage over most 18 year olds, coming straight out of juniors -
